Corfu Holiday Offers

After a 4½ hour trip I’m sure that you will be pleasantly surprised when you see what Corfu really has to offer. With lush green mountains, secluded coves, crystal clear water and golden beaches, it’s a far cry from the picture most of us have of this Island. No wonder they call it the Emerald Isle.

Golf, Tennis and Cricket are just of few of the sports on offer if you\'re crazy enough to try them as the temperature here, especially in the summer, can reach amazing heights. And with a choice of pretty fishing villages to an array of discos and bars I’m sure you will find something to do after dark.

Eating Out

Greece as a whole is renouned for its friendly tavernas where you will be served amazing Greek salads topped with delicious feta cheese or if you prefer something hot maybe you could try the local speciality of moussaka washed down with one of the local wines. For the best variety and choice then you must visit Corfu town here you can dine in the most expensive french restaurant where the steaks and the service are second to none, no wonder it is frequentley visited by many famous people. If you prefer something a litte more relaxed maybe you would be more at home in Hard Rock cafe or one of the numerous small cafe type bars where the prices are alot more reasonable.

Places to Visit

Aqualand promises a fun filled day out for all the family, Corfu's largest waterpark offers the black hole for the dare devils amongst you, or lazy river for the less adventuras, lay in a huge ring while gently floating down the blue waters. An obviouse choice would have to be Greek Night, which speaks for itself. This includes a four course meal, as much wine as you can drink, all night entertainment and lots of plate smashing. Once you have had your fill of wine and food then up on the stage to learn some traditional greek dancing, by this time I am sure you will be excellent at the unusual moves.
